the quality inn has a great location, close to fun attractions. the room service was decent during our stay, which was a plus. i also liked the fact that the staff tried to help us, specifically the first 'alex' who assisted us at the front desk.

One of the queen rooms had issues with the TV not functioning, and the phone was dead, which was frustrating without a repair person available to help. The rooms had an unpleasant smell, reminiscent of smoke that could be overwhelming, detracting from the overall experience. Additionally, there seemed to be inconsistencies with towel availability. I received hand towels instead of bath towels when I requested more. Overall, it felt like maintenance could use some attention.
